- The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for Supply of Ground and Aviation Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) in Uganda.Description of requirement:The objective is to establish a long-term contract, for a maximum duration of 5 years (3+1+1), for the provision of Aviation Fuel (i.e. Jet A-1), Diesel Fuel, Gasoline and Oils & Lubricants in Uganda.The requirement entails the following:a) Aviation Fuel - the use of commercial facilites (commercial airports) for into plane refueling services;b) Ground Fuel - the use of commercial fuel stations in Uganda for into-vehicle refueling services, provision of into-generator refueling and supply of lubricants. The bidder must be able to provide all services included in the Ground Fuel requirement. Split award between Aviation and Ground services may be considered. Note: Full requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents.
