• Description:
• Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Group Personal Accident (Gpa), Medical Insurance Cover (Inpatient and Outpatient Services for Staff) and Vehicle & Equipment Insurance a) It is the intent of this request for proposal (RFP) to secure competitive proposals from qualified service providers for provision of Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Life and Medical insurance cover, inpatient and outpatient services for their staff Country wide and Vehicle Insurance. The resulting award from this Request for Proposal will establish a fixed premium Framework Agreement (FWA) between the bidder and TPO Uganda for a period of two (2) years, renewable based upon annual successful reviews and value for money assessments. During the period of Framework Agreement (FWA), both parties agree to fix the same premium rate and the given same Terms and Conditions for the entire contractual period. 3.0 Submission details: a) Vendors shall submit sealed bids addressed to the Procurement & Operations Manager, TPO head office by 21st December 2021 and a soft copy emailed to procurement@tpoug.org b) Bids submitted after the deadline WILL NOT be accepted.
