• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of in-Vehicle Monitoring System The IVMS system should be able to provide but not limited to identify & provide: • Driver ID. Driver Fatique Monitoring. • Excessive speed, identify harsh breaking, and identify rapid acceleration and Identify drowsy driving. • Driver Behavior - Accident, Rollover, and Harsh Event Detection. • Out-Of-Coverage Location Reports. • Engine running time. Immobilization and driver emergency alert. • IVMS exception reporting shall be established and completed periodically (monthly! and forwarded to the driver's supervisor for review. • Speeding infringements. • Excessive run/ idle time. Crash buffer report. Equipped with a battery having sufficient duration (at least 12 hours). Extraction of saved data through a wired connection or direct transmission of the memory, ability to keep the data safe for several days following the power outage. Ensuring electrical connectivity, GPRS and GPS reception to facilitate checks by an operator to ensure the correct working of equipment. To allow to define and set specific speed limit on dedicated portion of road due to its status.
