It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Internet Access Uganda - Field Office In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.1.Introduction2.Bidders are asked to make offers for one of more of the following services:3.1. Main Internet Access for Kampala Field Office (Cooper, Fibre)4.2. Secondary Internet Access for Kampala Field Office (Cooper, Fibre)5.ICC has two lines. Main internet line 8Mbps Symmetrical and 2Mbps Symmetrical links.Length of the contractThe expected contract length is three years (January 2024 - December 2026), with the option to renew twice (2027 and 2028), subject to provider performance and ICC's plans for the field office.6.Awarding servicesThe ICC could award the services to a single company or to different companies for different subscriptions and services.7.Selection of proposal and implementation ApproachIn assessing the proposals, the Court-s evaluation will include, but not be limited to, the following factors: Ability and willingness to provide an excellent service to ICC throughout the lifecy...
