Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of IT Equipment for the Tilenga Project. On or before 16th March 2023 14:00 hrs. (GMT+3). TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area l(CA-l) and License Area 2 North (LA-2N), in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced contractors ("CONTRACTOR") to express their interest in supplying IT equipment as per further description below: Context The COMPANY intends to procure IT equipment and Accessories from preferably a Dell Technology company. The COMPANY projects a need of 540 laptops over a period of 3 years. The COMPANY intends to place 3-year frame agreements with authorized in-country re-sellers able, among others, to hold a (3) three months' buffer of stock for specifically laptops due to the established delivery lead time. Minimum Requirement For purposes of the EOI and prequahfication process leading to bidder list creation, interested parties shall demonstrate the following minimum requirements 1. Experience in managing framework contracts 2. Working with multiple stake holders in the private and public sectors especially Petroleum Authority of Uganda. 3. Financial capability to hold stock of workstations, monitors and critical accessories 4. Ability to hold buffer stock against breakdown in supply and seasonal demand of the required models. 5. Demonstrated Dell partnership or authorization with proof of latest manufacturer approval/authorization. 6. Ability to hold stock and deliver equipment required promptly______________________________________
