Tenders are invited for Provision of Medical Insurance Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 to 17:00 hours during official working days. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written applicati on to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be by bank payment advice form obtained from the cash Office during working hours. Soft copies of the bidding document may also be down loaded on the OPM website. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11.00 a.m. on March 04, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of an Unconditional bank guarantee of Uganda Shillings Nine Million only. Bid securities must be valid until 14thJuly, 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at11.30 a.m. on March 04, 2022. There shall be NO pre-bid meeting.
