Car Wash and Cleaning Services at the United Nations Entebbe Support Base 1.0 The United Nations Entebbe Support Base (UNESB) in Entebbe, Uganda has a requirement to establish a contract for the following four (4) groups of Facilities Camp Management (FCM) works as shown below in two (2) locations namely (A). the Entebbe Support Base and (B) the MONUSCO Terminal at Entebbe International Airport, about one (1) kilometer apart.1.1 Cleaning/janitorial (est.87,880 square meters); ground maintenance (est.86,001 square meters); and gardening services (est. 13,898 square meters), 1.2 Waste removal and disposal services(covering est. 100 cubic meters and 18 trips of 10,000 litres annually), and 1.3 Fumigation/pest control services 1.4 Car Wash and Cleaning Services2.0 The services shall comprise of the following. 2.1 Cleaning / janitotial, ground maintenance and gardening services at its two premises shall include provision of clean buildings and structures (which include conventional hard-wall buildings, prefabricated soft-wall buildings and other soft-walls structures like Rub halls), and other such facilities occupied and/or utilized as well as ground maintenance and gardening. 2.2 Waste removal and disposal services; regular removal and disposal of solid waste from various centralized collection points within the two premises. Sewage (liquid waste) removal from various septic tanks/ sewerage systems within the two locations shall also be performed by the contractor, but on an “as-and-when-required” basis, not following a regular schedule, but instead...
