- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Office Stationery and Toner 3. The estimated annual value for this category is USD 30,000 B Administrative Information 1. It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a potential service provider(s) to supply office stationery. 2. The resulting award from this RFP will establish a fixed price Framework Agreement (FWA) between the vendor and Malaria Consortium for a period of one (1) year, renewable up to three (3) years based upon annual successful reviews and value for money assessments. During the period of FWA, both parties agree the prices quoted will remain unchanged. 3. The estimated annual value for this category is USD 30,000 4.
