Description:
1. United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested vendors for rental of office space for the UNODC Programme Office in Kampala, Uganda.2.The specification of the office space are as follows:• The premises should be a standalone bungalow with at least seven (7) rooms, three (3) washroom areas with enough room for setting up an outside gazebo. • The office premises should be within highly secured locations preferably near other UN agencies. • The office should have parking space to accommodate at least eight (8) vehicles. • The office should have a security house at the gate to support the security check ins.• The perimeter wall should have a barbed/razor wire and security lights, including an emergency exit.• Proper lighting, correctly fitted electric wires & internet cables, lighting conductors.• The premises should have well installed metal ramp at the entrance. • The premises should have fully installed functioning fire extinguishers.• The premises should have an insurance policy cover against fire and lighting. • The leasable spaces must be adequate for the UNODC-s area requir...
