The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) in Partnership with the Uganda Police Force hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the establishment of a public interaction center in Uganda which will act as a central contact point between the public and the Criminal Investigation Directorate (CID) in the Uganda Police Force (UPF). This will require having an integrated solution for providing customer relationship management services in a more efficient and cost- effective manner. 2. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail to priscilla.kiama@un.org and copy unodc-roea.procurementteam@un.org 3. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation.
