Description:
Provision of Pumps Package BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS The EACOP requirements for the Sump Pumps shall include, but will not necessarily be limited to: API 010 11 edition vertical pumps (pump type & material of construction as per relevant pump datasheet) and complete with: • Sealing as per relevant pump and seal datasheet. • Electric motors designed as per relevant motor datasheet & also, suitable for area classification specified in datasheet. • Couplings & non-sparking coupling guards. • Mounting plates and soleplates. • All Interconnecting piping with isolation valves. Vent and drain piping terminated at skid edge with flange connection. • Seal system Instrumentation including associated cabling & junction boxes. • Lubrication for pump and motor bearing • Discharge pipe with discharge flange at grade level • Inspection & testing • hycrotest, performance test, mechanical run tests, NPSH/minimum submergence test, Factory complete unit test, natural frequency analysis, motor routine test. • Documentation.
