Description:
Tenders are invited for provision of routine service and maintenance of passenger lift at pride microfinance limited (mdi) head office under a three-year framework contract. 1. Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) has allocated funds for Provision of Routine Service and Maintenance of Passenger Lift at Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) Head Office under a three year framework Contract 2. Pride invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Pride Procurement and Disposal of Assets Manual (October 2021) and Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2021 (Amended) and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2014 and is open to all bidders within and outside Uganda. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in 7(a) from 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday to Friday). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English Language be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 The method of payment will be cash to the Pride Microfinance Bukoto Branch Cashier who will issue a receipt.
