  • Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services for the Kyenjojo District Hospital. 1. Kyenjojo District Local Government is expecting funding from the GOU and development partners, part of which it intends to use for procurement of goods, services and works in the financial years 2021/2022 2. Kyenjojo District Local Government now invites interested and eligible firms for registration of providers of various works, services and supplies for Financial Years 2021/2022 3. Shortlisting submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Local Government Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2006 of the Government of Uganda. Shortlisting is open to all eligible bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kyenjojo District Local Government and inspect the shortlisting documents at the address given below. The Procurement and Disposal Unit Office Kyenjojo District Local Government, Main office block or contact www.kyenjojo. go.ug or clovis.kaganda@gmail.com 5. The shortlisting bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address above, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 52,000/= for Supplies, works and services. Revenue collection centres 32, 000/= to Kyenjojo District Local Government General Fund Account Number 5610500287; Centenary Bank, Kyenjojo Branch and thereafter obtain a general receipt from the District Cashier. 6. Two copies of the bid documents (one original and one photocopy) should be submitted to the address mentioned in (4) above before 11:30 am on 19th May 2021. Thereafter bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same day in Kyenjojo District Council Chambers, Kasiina in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. For the procurements under section D, the best evaluated bidder will sign a contract agreement with the entity. Terms and conditions Bids shall be accompanied by the following documents; a) Original non-refundable fee general receipt obtained from the district cashier b) Names, address and physical location of business c) Names and address of owners/directors of the firm d) Company profile with detailed particulars of staff , equipment, experience etc. e) Financial status of firm/company /individual -bank statements f) Valid trading license g) Certificate of registration or incorporation h) Articles and memorandum of association. i) Registration certificate for Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. j) Valid Tax Identificati on Number (TIN) k) Valid Tax Clearance l) A record of current and past contracts by a provider where applicable m) Each item must be applied for separately The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows; Activity Schedule Publish bid notice 22nd April 2021 Bid closing and opening 19th May 2021 Bid evaluation by 2nd June 2021 Display of approved list/best evaluated bidder 7th June 2021 Contract award After expiry of best evaluated bidder notice Kyenjojo District reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
