Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Services for Survey and Design of Maisuka Water Supply System in Kyakazihire Sub County to Kibaale District Local Government a) Kibaale District Local Government now invites sealed bids for the provision of the Works, supplies and services mentioned above. b) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda-s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003, the LG (PPDA) Regulations 2006 and the LG (PPDA) guidelines 2008 c) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit-Kibaale District Local Government during office working hours. A complete set of bidding documents may be inspected and picked by bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit-Kibaale DLG upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs. 100,000/= to Kibaale DLG General Fund Account Number: 9030005733765 Stanbic Bank Bwamiramira branch. d) Bid documents shall be addressed to the Head Procurement and Disposal UnitKibaale, P.O Box 2, Karuguuza and delivered to the same office on or before 24th December 2022 at 10:00am On the same day, all bids/ applications will be opened in the Planning Unit Boardroom starting at 10:15 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. e) Bidders are required to submit 3 hard copies (1 original and 2 copies) and one soft copy of the bid. f) All bids must be accompanied with a bid security in form of Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft as it will be indicated in the bidding Document. g) Late bids/applications shall be rejected
