Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Services of Wedlers Training and Certification. 1. Training and certification of 160 students in Shielded Metal Arc Welding which follows the International Standards of American Welding Society and American Petroleum Institute 2. Of the 160 selected participants, 80 students will be trained and certified in 1G, 2G and 3G while another 80 Students will be trained and certified in 4G, 5G and 6G Shielded Metal Arc Welding. 3. Carry out Selection of 160 participants/trainees through a call for applications in the Local newspapers (New vision and Daily monitor), FM radio stations, Facebook and other social media platforms and thereafter submit a shortlist to COMPANY tor approval belore commencement ot thetrainina. 4. Examine/ assess the students in International Welder examination (Non Destructive Testing (NDT) and be issued an International Welder Certification ISO 9606. each, upon course completion. 5. The Implemented training shall expose and acquaint students with knowledge of SMAW 1G.2G, 3G, 4G. 5G and 6G welding as per above required numbers 6. The CONTRACTOR shall offer a strictly residential training comprising but not limited to; accommodation, food, medical services, security and general wellbeing of the student participants for the entire duration of the service.
