• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Staff, Equipment, and Other Resources Needed for a Data for Learning Platform (D4L) The project has established a Digital Health Platform that includes links to a 24/7 call center, an SMS code, and social media platforms for the public to continuously engage with the project. To increase accountability and enhance decision-making, USAID SBCA seeks to expand the Digital Health Platform to include a Data for Learning platform (D4L) that will ensure that stakeholders have the data they need to engage in iterative learning, testing, and adaptation of all the components of SBC. The D4L based on the DHIS2 platform is a critical part of the project's approach to collaboration, learning, and adaptation (CLA). Eligible bidders must be a registered enterprise and individuals with proof of legal existence to do business in Uganda. Interested bidders should send an e-mail to ccpug-procurement@jh.edu requesting for the full RFP with the RFP number and name "RFP #028/2022 Data for Learning Platform (D4L Re-issue)" in the subject not later than 23:59 hours [UGANDA time] June 9, 2022.
