• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Titling Services Services to be provided shell include all activities necessary to effect the necessary Land Dealings on the project required land including bur will not be limited to, i preparing all necessary instruments and/or documents, il PAP engagement to obtain all necessary signatures and other requirements. III obtaining Taxpayer identification Numbers for PAPs IV engagement of ULC and other relevant and/or necessary stakeholders for the necessary support and requirements. V witnessing all instruments and/or documents where required independent advice and responding to PAP questions on the land dealings VI To register as and when required all necessary documents and/or instruments VII Engage all necessary experts including registered surveyors with whom the contractor shall work implement the tasks The scope will require the Contractors) to engage with compensated PAPs along the pipeline route, as well as other relevant stakeholders including but not limited to ULC, Ministry of Lands. Housing and Urban Development relevant district land boards and land registries, the EACOP Project team and other contractors working on behalf of COMPANY on the EACOP Project.
