Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Training Services for Production National Staff Scope Work Contractor shall provide training and related training services described below: 1) Training and evaluation system establishment, curriculum and examination bank development which includes but not limited to courseware mak.ng, training material and test paper. 2) Conduct a 5 months domestic theoretical training wnich include inductive training and major theoretical training in areas ot safety awareness, satety operation skills, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, operation, test and drilling through various training methods like video, picture, simulation teaching and group discussion etc. 3) Provide overseas practical training to be implemented in offshore oilfield or onshore terminal with professional equipment and facilities. 4) Provide domestic rotational internship where the trainees will be assigned to different production units under supervision of a production engineer. 5) Provide certification training including but not limited to Compulsory local certifications. Company compulsory certification. NEBOSH. OPITO. IWCF. IADC. PMP. GWO 6) Provide necessary resource to cooperate and assist Company carry out manufacture training, safety operation and maintenance procedure and management system training and other related training required by CNOOC. 7) Provide on job training after production online till to STEPF 3 to consolidate national staff work skills.
