• Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Training Services for Production National Staff. Scope Work Lot One: Basic Skills Training - Provide 3-month domestic training, including inductive training and primary theoretical training in safety awareness, safety operation skills, inductive training, and general knowledge about petroleum engineering through various training methods - Provide 7-month major theoretical training in production, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation. - Provide 2-month practical training in production, maintenance, and safety to consolidate national staff work skills. - Provide 1-month operation & maintenance manual training. An Operation & Maintenance Manual, including the introduction of the structure, working principle, main parameters, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of each production unit should be provided - Coordinate a company to organize Kingfisher oilfield onsite training to familiarize with the process, equipment, and facility for 3-Month. Certificate training, as below: i. Local Certification; safety management certification, environment protection certification, firefighting certification, electrical safety operation certification, hot work monitor and confine space entry and lifting assistance safety operation. ii. International Certification; NEBOSH certificate and OPITO certificate - Provide an evaluation and exam at the end of each training section. - Provide a necessary resource to assist the operators in safety operations, maintenance procedures, and management system training in a challenging environment. Lot two: Comprehensive Capacity Building Provide certification training issued by CNOOC training institution. The list of certification training courses is as follows; CNOOC standard certification, Sr. firefighting certification, electrical safety operation certification (high voltage) and electrical safety operation certification (low voltage and electricity explosion-proof) and well control. - Provide 1-month overseas oilfield practical training to be implemented in offshore oilfields or onshore terminals with professional equipment and facilities. - Provide 3-month simulation practice training, including simulation production process operation, mechanical, electrical, instrument, auto control system operation, and maintenance. - Coordinate company to organize manufacturer training in China. - Provide a necessary resource to assist the operators in safety operations, maintenance procedures, and management system training in a challenging environment. - Provide evaluation and practical examination at the end of the international training
