Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Framework for Provision of Video Conference System with Video Wall. Interested parties shall meet the following minimum requirements: • Must be a certified partner of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) • Proof of registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda. • Experience of Quality, Health, Safety Environment policy procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IFC Performance Standards and the international industry standards. • Performance and /or provision of similar services, products and/or equipment in Uganda, East Africa or international. • Suitably qualified and experienced personnel to provide Technical Support. • Relevant experience in provision of similar products and support to customers. • Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract. • Compliance with the National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda. • Possession of relevant certification/licensing from national and international bodies. Interested parties may indicate their interest to participate in the Pre-qualification (PQ) process by forwarding their EOI, attached with adequate supporting documents, to the e-mail address of Drocurement@cnoocuoanda.com. and copy to: procure.cnoocuqanda@pmall.com. captioned with the description and reference number of the package in the subject of your e-mail, on or before 4pm (EAT), Wednesday, June 8,2022 Late submissions shall be rejected. Upon closure date of the EOI, CNOOC will screen the bidders who shall have expressed interest against the minimum requirements mentioned above. PQ questionnaire will be issued to those who are found to have met the minimum requirements specified above. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be issued to those who shall have successfully passed the PQ stage.
