- Tenders are invited for Renovation of Office Premises B Administrative Information 1. It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a reputable Construction Company to renovate Malaria Consortium Head office premises located at Plot 25 Upper Naguru East Road, Naguru- Kampala. 2. Vendors shall submit sealed bids addressed to: Malaria Consortium Uganda Plot 25, Upper Naguru East Road Naguru, Kampala, Uganda Bids must also be submitted in softcopy to tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following reference in the subject: ‘MC-UG-CORE-005-Renovation of office Premises- 3.
