Description:
Tenders are invited for Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) Consultancy services to conduct an assessment of the need for business processes optimization and perform a business process re-engineering in up to five Public Investment Management Regulatory Agencies (PIMRA) and / or Project Executing Agencies (PEA) in the Uganda energy and water sectors; The assignment shall be carried out in two-phases. Phase 1 will focus on assessing the need for optimizing business processes through process re-engineering and automation, determining the automation gap and conducting a change readiness assessment, and based on the outcomes of the assessments; select, rank, and prioritize beneficiary Public Investment Management Regulatory Authority (PIMRA) and Project Executing Agencies (PEA); and Phase 2 will deliver on the business process reengineering effort in up to five PIMRA and PEA in the energy and water sectors.
