Description:
Tenders are invited for Routine Maintenance of Standby Generators under a Service Level Agreement for Two Years. Routine maintenance and service of three standby generators (Cummins brands) at the Parliamentary building (two synchronized genset of capacity 500Kva each), and Development House (One genset of 630Kva capacity). With the focus on the followings;, Lube filter, Lube filter bypass, water filter, air filter, Engine oil, Coolant, Radiator, Battery, Check the Syncrasy board, and the distribution board for loose connection and burnt out omponents, where there is need, pray or paint the corroded/ stained unit casing and structures supporting the units, Provide a emergency services at all times whenever called up to rectify a fault, Ensure tidiness around the units, weed out grass and remove obstacles around the units etc. On a quarterly basis for a period of two years 3 Genset The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a fee of Ugx.50,000/-(Non-Refundable)(Fifty Thousand Uganda Shillings Only). The method of payment will be through a URA recognized bank.
