Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Servicing and Repair of I.T Equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Scanners, Printers, Photocopiers & Mobile Phones) Submission of application a. Prequalification documents MUST be sent on email to ULAprocurement@qedgroupllc.com with a clear subject line "Pre-Qualification of Suppliers 2022” and MUST indicate the category for which you are applying. Note: Only applications submitted online will be accepted. b. The closing date and time for applications is Tuesday May 10, 2022 at 3.00pm. Any document delivered after the deadline time and date shall be rejected. ULA reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision. All bids will be opened internally at ULA offices c. Feedback to successful/unsuccessful applicants: Successful applicants will be advised on email by June 30, 2022. In case you submit an application for pre-qualification and don't hear from us by then, please consider your application unsuccessful; no separate or individual communication shall be made to the unsuccessful vendor(s). d. Questions Arising from Documents: Questions that may arise from the pre-qualification documents should be made in writing by email only and sent to ULAprocurement@qedgroupllc.com and MUST be received no later than ten (10) days prior to the deadline for the submission of Applications. The closing date for submitting a complete pre-qualification application is Tuesday May 10, 2022, not later than 03:00pm. e. Failure to provide information that is essential for effective evaluation of the applicant-s qualification or to provide timely clarification or sub substantiation of the information supplied may result in the applicant-s disqualification.
