Tenders are invited for Servicing of Fire Extinguishers. Bid Security: UGX 500,000 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Jinja Regional Referral Hospital and inspect the pre-qualification documents/Bidding documents at the address given below. from 8:30am to 5:00pm A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/- for category A&B and Ugx 50,000/- for category C. The method of payment will be by bank deposit in Stanbic Bank Account Name Jinja Regional Referral Hospital Non Tax Revenue Account Number: 9030005730953. After payment, the bidder (or representative) will present the Bank deposit slip to the Accounts section for certification before picking the solicitation document from Procurement and Disposal Unit Bids must be delivered to the address below at (8c) at or before 11:00am on 18th November 2021. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at address below at 8(d) on 18th November 2021at 11:30am.
