- The Republic of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank towards the cost of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Programme (AVCP) - Project 1, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for:Lot 1 - Semen Laboratory Equipment and Consumables;Lot 2 - Artificial Insemination Inputs-Synchronization Hormones, Sheath and Gloves;Lot 3 - Cow Fertility Mineral Supplement;Lot 4 - Semen Banks (20 litres) and;Lot 5 - Artificial Insemination Equipment (Field Flasks and A.I.
