Description:
Supply and Delivery of Branded Printed Items to Unra for a Period of Three (3) Years - Retender. Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings, One Hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be registering the payment on the Uganda Revenue Authority Portal (URA) website portal. Print the payment advice form after registering on the URA Portal and effect payment through the URA collection Banks. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11th June, 2021 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of: Lot 1 - UGX: 15,000,000/= (Fifteen Million Uganda Shillings Only) Bid securities must be valid until 28th December, 2021. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 11th June, 2021.
