Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Deltamethrin 1% Pour-on Insecticide 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal industry and Fisheries , Plot 16-18, Lugard Avenue - Entebbe, Tel: 256-414 320981/Fax 256-41-340685, email:procurement@agriculture.go.ug/avcp@ agriculture.go.ug The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be through Banks authorised to receive non-taxable revenue. The document will be issued to bidders direct from Procurement and Disposal Unit office of the Ministry or via e-mail upon request by the interested bidder. There shall be a pre-bid meeting at 10.00 am on 25th May 2022 at the AVCP-1 Project Offices on 2nd Floor, Trust Tower - Plot 4, Kyadondo Road - Nakasero, Kampala. 8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 am on 22nd June 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 11.30 am on 22nd June 2022. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Ugx 54,000,000 /= (Uganda Shillings Fifty Four Million only)
