Description:
Tenders are invited for Framework Contract for Supply and Delivery of Spares for Street Lighting for Three (3) Years. Bid Security: UGX 55,000,000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 5. Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 (b) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings; One Hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be registering the payment on the Uganda Revenue Authority Portal (URA) website portal. Print the payment advice form after registering on the URA Portal and effect payment through the URA collection Banks. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 30th June 2022 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 55,000,000/= (Uganda Shillings; Fifty five million only). Bid securities to be valid until 25th November 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 30th June 2022 There will be a virtual pre-bid meeting on 7th June 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Bidders are encouraged to submit official emails addresses in the written application letters in 5 above.
