• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Communication and Visibility Plaques on Water and Sanitation Infrastructure under a Framework Contract. 1. The Government of Republic of Uganda represented by Ministry of Water and Environment through the Water and sanitation Development Facility - Central has allocated funds to be used towards the acquisition of Framework Contracts for Supplies and Non Consultancy Bid Security: UGX: 1,500,000 2. The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible Providers for the provision of supplies & services as indicated above. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding a procedure contained in the Government of Uganda-s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from Uganda. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Water and Sanitation Development Facility - Central and inspection of the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm 5. A complete set of each Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application letter on the company-s letter head to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= (Uganda shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be by bank advice form which may be obtained from the URA WEBSITE/ OFFICES. Payment can be made in any bank and the payment details presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit before obtaining a copy of the bidding document. No cash will be accepted. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the same address. (7a) 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) before 31st May, 2021 at 11:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30am on 31st May, 2021. All bids will be accompanied by the bid security in the format and amount indicated in the table above must be valid until 17th December, 2021.
