Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation (including End User Training), of an Online Local Content Reporting Platform (Lcrp). BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORK: EACOP requires the services of a suitably experienced and reputable company or organisation to develop, install and commission a fit-for-purpose, LCRP that satisfies the following key requirements: • Operate in the cloud and be able to restrict access to selected functions only to suppliers and organisations holding EACOP issued and controlled passwords. • Support the registration of local vendors in Uganda and Tanzania to enable the automatic notification of Expres sions of Interest (EOI). • Enable suppliers to report local / national content achievements and performance on discrete password protect ed input forms that enable EACOP to view each supplier-s input status, against reporting deadlines. • Ability to analyse vendor, supplier, local / national content data and create reports compliant with the require ments of the Tanzanian and Ugandan authorities and analyse trends against local/ national targets. • Vendors are encouraged to outline any existing or potential additional functional abilities of the application that enhance its usefulness to EACOP, and its ability to build capacity in local / national vendors and suppliers. • End user training programmes delivered either face-to-face or within the application to EACOP, vendors and suppliers supported by a multi-lingual helpdesk service.
