Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Maintenance of Currency Equipment (Note Counter, Uv Lamps, Strapping Machines, Coin Counters, Coin Wrapping Machines) Interested applicants can download the RFI document from the Bank website at www.absa.co.ug .Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only) for each category where a bid has been made to the account details below. Bank Name: Absa Bank (U) Ltd Account Name: Absa Bid Submission Account No: 6006592021 Currency: UGX Please attach copy of deposit slip/proof of payment in your submission. The exercise will run from Thursday, 12 May 2022 to Monday, 20 June 2022 at 4:00 pm Clearly labelled and sealed bids marked “Application for Provision of (Indicate Category)” must be delivered by hand and registered at the Bank Offices at Plot 2 Hannington Road, Kampala and addressed to the Head of Procurement by 20th June 2022 at 4:00 pm.
