- Tenders are invited for Supply of Assorted Medical Equipment Tender Fee(UGX): 100000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security (UGX): 2000,000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Lamwo District Local Government and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00am-04:00pm Monday to Friday with effect from Friday 10th September 2021 at the address given below at 8(a) or email us on: mailocaya@gmail.com or call 0701 400799. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a the above prescribed Non-Refundable Fees. The method of payment will be by direct bank deposit Lamwo District Local Government General Fund Collection Account at Dfcu Bank, Kitgum Branch, and Account Number 01143551414185 On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the address below with effect from Friday 10th September 2021 The Contractors' Bid Documents will be sent by hand delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 12:00pm. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 02:15pm.
