Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Chlorine Powder for Water Treatment under Framework Contract for a Period of 18 Months. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 in cash to a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 © at or before 10:30 am East African Time on April 1, 2022. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to UGX 100,000,000 (Uganda Shillings: One hundred million only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and in the form of a Bank guarantee issued by a Bank located in Uganda or a foreign Bank through correspondence with a Bank located in Uganda or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
