Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Computers, Scanners, Printers, Cameras. Global Positioning System Machines (Gps) Photocopiers and Projectors with Their Accessories Details on Collection and management of various Revenue Sources can be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit Office, Procurement and Disposal Unit Notice Board at Isingiro District Headquarters and Isingiro District Website- www.isingiro.go.ug The bidding document (s) shall be inspected and issued from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Procurement & Disposal Unit -1st Floor Isingiro District Local Government, Box 01 Isingiro The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Head PDU at the address in (1) above. Bidders are Advised to Pay a Non-Refundable Fee of UGX.50000/- before Collecting the Bidding Document. The Method of Payment will be through Account Number 01483500211233 DFCU Bank: Isingiro Branch Titled Isingiro District Local Government General Account. Bids must be delivered to the address in (1) above on or before 15th June 2022 at 11:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence ot the bidders' representatives v/ho choose to attend at the address below at 5(d) on 15th June 2022 at 11:30am.
