Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Video Conferencing (1 No.) and IP PBX Telephone System (I No.) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in Uganda Shillings or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency using exchange rates published by Bank of Uganda on the date of issue of the security as 15,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifteen Million only) The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address in No. 8 below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency using the exchange rate published by Bank of Uganda on the date of payment. The method of payment will be by cash/ EFT. EFT payments in foreign currency should include an additional USD 20 or its equivalent to cater for Bank Charges. Bidders may make arrangements with courier service providers to have the bidding Document delivered to them. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery Bids must be delivered to the address in No. 8 below by 11:00am local time on October 17, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives who choose to attend on October 17, 2022.
