Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Deltamethrin Based Acaricides under Framework Arrangements. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda shillings: One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be through bank deposit at Bank of Uganda Account details 000100088000112. The prospective bidder or his representative should collect the document. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address at 8(a) at or before 02:00 pm on 25h May 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 11,192,400/= (Uganda shillings eleven million one hundred ninety two thousand four hundred only) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. Bid securities shall be valid until 20th December, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (b) at 02: 30pm on 25th May, 2023.
