• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Detergents to Busolwe Hospital. Bidding documents should be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX103,000/ for categories A and UGX 53,000/= for framework contracts of service providers and all payment should be made to the Butaleja District General Fund Collection Account No. 01983501005650 DFCU Bank, Mbale Branch. Bidders must attach the following documents • Original receipt/ copy of the banking slip of non-refundable fee of Butaleja District Local Government • Copy of valid trading license 2024 • A copy of certified Certificate of registration/ incorporation • Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of association or partnership deed • Certified copies of Company form 7/8/18/20 (applicable to Ltd Companies only) • Valid copy of income tax clearance certificate (Valid up to 30th June 2024) addressed to Butaleja District Local Governments be verified online) • TIN Registration certificate • Certified copy of PPDA Registration certificate • Registered and specific Powers of attorney/ partnership deed to the signatory of the bid • A copy of the National Identity of two Directors • Bid submission sheet in the required format
