• Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Fabricated Metal Works (Refuse Skips, Wheel Barrow, Gates, Doors, Windows, etc.) The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below at 9(ii) and upon payment of anon refundable fee of UGX: 50,000 for items (A and B) and 30,000 for each prequalification item and obtain a receipt upon presentation of bank deposit slip to the City cashier to be attached on the original Bid Document. Please note that non refundable fee will be paid through IRAS and the contact for the focal person is 0772 922 718. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(iii) on or before 30th May 2022 for items A and B at 11:00 am (local time). Bids must be accompanied by bid securities (where applicable) indicated above in form of bank drafts or un conditional bank guarantees, late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9(iv) at 11:30am (local time) on 30th May 2022 There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 24th May 2022 at 11:00 a.m. as per the dates Indicated in the Proposed Schedule in this Notice. 9.
