• Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment and Accessories.. Interested Applicants should Accompany Their Applications with the following Information; • Cover Letter Indicating the Number of Lot[S]for Whichinterest is being Expressed. • Evidence of past Performance/Certificate of Merit Issued by a Legal Entity. • Original Deposit Receipt. • Certified Copy of the Original Certificate of Incorporation and Certified Copies of the Returns of the Company. • Acceptance of Application by the Hospital does not Guarantee the Award of Contract in Any Way. • Separate Envelopes should be Submitted for Different Categories. The Envelope shall Indicate “Lubaga Hospital Prequalification for Provision of Goods, Services, Works and Lot Number.
