• Tenders are invited for Supply of Fisheries & Aquaculture Equipment Interested Eligible Bidders may Obtain Further Information from the National Agricultural Research\ Organisation and Request to Inspect the Bidding Documents via Email Naroprocurement@naro.go.ug 5. The Bidding Document Which has been Prepared in the English Language will be Purchased by Interested Bidders upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ugx 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only) to the Bank. Payment will be Made to Uganda Revenue Authority through a Convenient Commercial Bank after Obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the Ura Website. An Application Letter Together with a Receipt from the Bank shall be Scanned and Emailed to Naroprocurement@naro.go.ug to Obtain the Bidding Document. 6. Bids must be Delivered to the Address below at 9(B) at or before 10:00 am on 1st June 2022 Late Bids shall be Rejected. Bids will be Opened in the Presence of the Bidders- Representatives, Who Choose to Attend at the Address below at 9(C) at 10:30 am on 1st June 2022. 7. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security of Ugx 6,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Six Million Shillings) In form of a bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank regulated by the Bank of Uganda.
