• Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Furniture, Tags, Sign Posts and Engraving Services The bidding and pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, accompanied with a general receipt obtainable from the District Cash Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 70,000/= (for items (b) 1 24) to be paid in Stanbic Bank on A/C No.9030005823276. v) Bidders should note that documents may be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at: Nakaseke District PDU, P. O. Box 451, Luwero. vi) The documents will be delivered by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. vii) Interested bidders shall be deemed eligible on submission of the following documents; a) Names & qualifications of Directors & other key personnel (Attach signed CVs & education papers) b) Certificate of incorporation/legal status of the Company c) Experience in similar works for at least 3 years (Attach completion certificates where applicable). d) Details of bankers and current financial status (Bank Statements & Audited Accounts) e) VAT registration Certificate where applicable. f) Contact address (Physical & telephone) g) Valid Trading License 2021/22. h) Equipment capacity where applicable i) Drilling permits where applicable.
