Tenders are invited for Supply of Galvanized Wires & Transformer Bid Security: UGX 9,300,000/-. The Bidding Document shall be Inspected and Issued at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. Rural Electrification Programme (Rep) Office. Procurement and Disposal Office. Plot 10. Windsor Loop, Kololo. House of Hope. 2nd Floor. Room 10. 3. The Bidding Documents in English may be Purchased by Interested Bidders on the Submission of a Written Application to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. Plot 29/33 Amber House. Kampala Road and upon Payment of a Non-Refundabie Fee of u6x 100.000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand Only). The Mode of Payment shall be as Outlined below; A Payment will be by Bank Advice Form(S) to be Collected from Memd Cash Office. Room a113 on 1st Floor Amber House. A Receipt will be Issued upon Payment; B. Payment will be Made at Diamond Trust Bank, Kampala Road; C. Bidders Return a Copy of the Payment Slip to Cash Office for a General Receipt; D. On Presentation of a General Receipl to Ihe Address in 2 above Bidders will be Issued a Bidding Document. 4 the Detailed Bid Notice is Available on the Procurement and Disposal Notice Board at Memd & Rep Offices, www.energyandminerals.go.ug and at www.ppda.go.ug
