Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Gravel, Stone Chippings, Stone Base Aggregates, and Sand, Cement, Mark Stones and Building Materials/Tools Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit offi ces and inspect the pre-qualification/bidding documents at the address given below from 8.00am-5.00pm Monday- Friday. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fees of: - Shs 100,000 for items under prequalification; The method of payment will be to Lyantonde District General Fund current account No 9030013173213, Stanbic Bank Lyantonde Branch. You should obtain a non refundable fee receipt from the District Cashier-s office which will be presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit to be issued with a prequalification/bidding document. 8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 17th June 2022 at 11.00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11.20am in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. 9.
