Request for quotation are invited for Supply of Hotel Accommodation Services. Hotel Accommodation Services: Procurement Reference Number: PR11604715 Requirement: The US Mission in Kampala invites responsible vendors to supply hotel accommodation services preferably as is listed below. 1. Accommodation (Bed and Breakfast) for 30 Pax for 14 nights (Check in 8th July 2023 - Check out July 22, 2023). 2. Buffet lunch & dinner with a soft drink (soda or water) on 9th, 15th & 16th July 2023 3. Buffet Dinner with a soft drink (soda or water) on 8th, 10th - 14th, 17th - 21st July 2023 4. Airport Pick-ups and drop-off for 28 participants. Pickup dates are 8th and 9th July 2023 and Drop off dates are 21st and 22nd July 2023. In case of any changes this will be communicated. NOTE: The participants will be arriving and leaving the airport at different times. 5. Restaurants and shopping malls should be within the same accommodation area or in a 3 minute walking distance. 6. Good speed internet services. 7. All rooms must have good air condition. 8. Hotel should be within Entebbe town or a maximum of 20Kms from Entebbe town.
