Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 375kva Backup Generator for Bujagali Switchyard. Bid Security: UGX. 8,000,000/= A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on their Company Letter Head to the address below at 10(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 Only to the following account; ABSA-Corporate; 6002166559. Payment is strictly into the Bank. Personal Cheques are not acceptable. 6. Upon payment, the proof of payment has to be presented to UETCL Cash Office on Ground Floor Plot 10- Hannington Road- Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate for verification and receipting before submitting the application to the Procurement Department. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 11(a) at or before 1100hrs on Wednesday June 01, 2022 8. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated above. The security should be valid up to December 29, 2022 9. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders- representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 11(a) at 11:15am on Wednesday June 01, 2022 10.
