• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of the Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) System. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Shillings only). The method of payment will be by Bank to National Social Security Fund Account Number 9030005950790 at STANBIC BANK UGANDA LTD. The bidders shall then submit a deposit slip and application letter (with email address and Telephone contact) to the NSSF Cashier on email; anasuru@nssfug.org or on 14m Floor Southern Wing, Worker-s House. The bidder shall be given a receipt on confirmation that funds have been transmitted into the specified account. The soft copy document will then be sent to the bidder(s) or their representative (s) on email specified in the application letter from NSSF Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address specified in 8(c) below.
