- Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Offloading Meters at Jinja Storage Terminal (Jst). The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand only (100,000/=) to the Uganda National Oil Company Limited Account in Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers on A/C No. 9030011896005. Bids must be delivered to the address below in 8(a) at or before 10:00am on 28th April2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Uganda shillings: Four million five hundred thousand (UGX: 4,500,000) using the formatindicated in the bidding forms. The Bid Security must be valid until 7th December 2023. A physical pre-bid meeting shall be held at the site (Jinja Storage Terminal) at 11:00am on 30th March 2023. a. Issue of Bidding document 14th March 2023 b. Pre-bid meeting at the site (Jinja Storage Terminal) 30th March 2023 starting at 11:00am c. Bid closing date & time 28th April 2023 at 10:00am d.
