Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Liquid Chlorine Gas for Water Treatment under a Framework Contract for a Period of 18 Months. "A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 in cash to a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 6. There shall be a pre-bid meeting at 8(a) on April 26, 2022 at 10:30AM. Bidders are expected to raise any queries resulting from the bidding document. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 10:30 am East African Time on June 2, 2022. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to UGX 80,000,000 (Uganda Shillings: Eighty million only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and in the form of a Bank guarantee issued by a Bank located in Uganda or a foreign Bank through correspondence with a Bank located in Uganda or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:00am East African Time on June 2, 2022. " a.
