Tender Details :Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Office Equipment (Computers, Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners, Etc). Bids must be accompanied by the following documents: • Name of the firm • Physical and Postal address including telephone numbers & other contact details • Certificate of registration/Incorporation together with particulars for registration/incorporation, memorandum & Article of Association and VAT Certificate • Certified copy of valid trading license obtained from Moroto District for the year 2021/2022 • Certified copy of valid Tax clearance certificate for FY 2021/2022 • Company profiles with details of all key personnel, equipment capacity, past company experience in similar field etc. • Financial status of the firm i.e. Audited accounts/Bank statements for the last 1 (One) year. • Certified Powers of attorney from to the signatory of the bid • Organization/company set-up • Eligibility of company directors • Each item must be applied separately. Individuals with training and experience in Labour based routine maintenance of roads may apply for routine maintenance of feeder roads • Pre-qualification submissions/expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets 2006, of the Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders. • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Moroto District local Government and inspect the pre-qualification Document at the address given above, from 8:30 Am-5:00 Pm on working days. A complete set of pre-qualification document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000/= (Fifty Thousand shillings only) to be paid to Moroto District Local Government General Fund Account No.6310500017 at Centenary Bank Moroto Branch. The pre-qualification documents will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt from the Finance Department to the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
